Quantum physics is difficult to learn because it is abstract and its concepts are hard to visualize. This study examines how Augmented Reality (AR) can support quantum physics learning. It reviewed articles on AR and quantum physics published between 2018 and 2024. From 874 articles, 15 met the selection criteria and were analyzed in detail. The results show that AR helps students understand quantum physics better and increases their motivation to learn. Most studies report that AR allows students to visualize and interact with 3D representations, making concepts such as electron orbit, wave-particle duality, superposition, and the tunneling effect easier to understand. However, several challenges remain, including the need for adequate equipment, teacher training, and the high cost of developing AR applications. Future studies should investigate the long-term effectiveness of AR and develop more accessible applications. Overall, AR has strong potential to make quantum physics more engaging and easier to understand for students at different educational levels.
