Pengaruh Model Guided Discovery Learning Berbantuan Media Asesmen Kahoot Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Fisika Siswa SMA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh model guided discovery learning berbantuan Kahoot! terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika siswa SMA pada materi suhu dan kalor. Metode yang digunakan adalah true experiment dengan desain posttest-only control group, melibatkan satu kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas kontrol (masing-masing 32 siswa) yang dipilih secara cluster random sampling. Kelas eksperimen menerima intervensi model guided discovery learning dengan Kahoot!, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan model problem based learning yang biasa digunakan di sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui posttest, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji t. Hasil menunjukkan kelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata posttest lebih tinggi dengan perbedaan signifikan (Sig. 2-tailed = 0,034), keunggulan pada seluruh indikator pemecahan masalah, serta aktivitas belajar pada semua indikator (visual, lisan, mendengarkan, menulis, emosional) dibanding kelas kontrol (80,7 % vs 74 %). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model guided discovery learning berbantuan Kahoot! berpengaruh signifikan terhadap unggulnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan keterlibatan siswa dalam aktivitas pembelajaran fisika.
