Efektivitas Latihan Passing Atas Berpasangan terhadap Peningkatan Akurasi Teknik Passing pada Atlet Bola Voli Junior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan efektivitas efektivitas latihan passing atas berpasangan dengan peningkatan akurasi teknik passing pada atlet bola voli junior. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu tipe one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek berjumlah 12 atlet usia 13–15 tahun yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Intervensi dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan frekuensi empat kali per minggu (16 sesi). Instrumen penelitian berupa tes akurasi passing atas yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji Shapiro–Wilk untuk normalitas dan peered sample t-test untuk menguji perbedaan skor sebelum dan sesudah latihan, disertai perhitungan effect size (Cohen's d). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor rerata sebesar 1,83 poin setelah intervensi, namun belum signifikan secara statistik pada taraf α = 0,05 (p = 0,082). Nilai effect size sebesar 0,28 menunjukkan pengaruh dalam kategori kecil menuju sedang. Secara praktis, latihan berpasangan memberikan tren peningkatan koordinasi dan kontrol bola. Disimpulkan bahwa latihan passing atas berpasangan berpotensi meningkatkan akurasi teknik, tetapi memerlukan optimalisasi durasi, intensitas, dan variasi latihan untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih signifikan.
