Profil dan Perbandingan Profil FMS Berdasarkan Usia Siswi SD di Kota Padang

Keterampilan gerak dasar (Fundamental Motor Skills - FMS) adalah fondasi esensial yang tak terpisahkan dari kompetensi gerak dan partisipasi aktif dalam aktivitas fisik serta olahraga sepanjang hayat. Studi ini bertolak dari urgensi untuk memahami secara mendalam pola perkembangan FMS, pada populasi perempuan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan membandingkan profil FMS pada siswa perempuan di Kota Padang kelompok usia kronologis: 6-7 tahun (masa wal), 8-9 tahun (masa transisi), dan 10-11 tahun (masa akhir). Penelitian komparatif kuantitatif ini melibatkan 117 siswa perempuan. Pengukuran FMS dilakukan menggunakan instrumen baku Test of Gross Motor Development Second Edition (TGMD-2). Data dianalisis secara inferensial menggunakan One-Way ANOVA. Temuan kunci studi ini menyajikan hasil yang mengejutkan dan membutuhkan atensi serius: secara statistik, tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan pada skor total FMS di antara ketiga kelompok usia tersebut (p>0.05). Hasil ini menyiratkan indikasi kuat adanya stagnasi dalam peningkatan FMS yang tidak linear dengan pertambahan usia kronologis pada sampel ini. Berdasarkan fakta ini, disarankan agar pemangku kepentingan pendidikan, khususnya pengelola kurikulum Penjasorkes dan pelatih olahraga, segera menyusun dan mengimplementasikan program intervensi motorik yang spesifik dan terstruktur dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas instruksi FMS yang lebih sistematis dan berkelanjutan.
