Level Kemampuan Berlari: Indikator Fundamental Kesiapan Motorik dan Penguasaan Gerak Spesifik Olahraga

Abstract

Kemampuan berlari, sebagai komponen utama keterampilan lokomotor dalam FMS, memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung perkembangan motorik anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat profisiensi atau kemampuan berlari siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang berfokus pada profil kompetensi berlari siswa. Sampel penelitian melibatkan 178 siswa sekolah dasar (usia 7–12 tahun) yang berasal dari berbagai sekolah di Kota Padang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes berlari berbasis level yang terstandardisasi dan sesuai untuk kelompok usia 7–12 tahun. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan rumus persentase untuk mengelompokkan dan melaporkan distribusi tingkat kemampuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan distribusi profisiensi berlari yang bervariasi. Sebanyak 84 siswa (47,19%) telah mencapai level profisiensi maksimal (Level 4). Sementara itu, 56 siswa (31,46%) berada pada Level 3, 27 siswa (15,17%) pada Level 2, dan 11 siswa (6,18%) baru mencapai Level 1. Meskipun hampir separuh siswa menunjukkan profisiensi berlari maksimal, persentase yang signifikan (52,81%) belum mencapai penguasaan tertinggi. Temuan ini menyajikan profil dasar FMS lokomotor dan menggarisbawahi perlunya intervensi pada mata pelajaran PJOK yang lebih terfokus guna memastikan semua anak mencapai kompetensi gerak dasar yang memadai untuk aktivitas fisik seumur hidup.
