Abstract

The results showed that knowing the implementation of rewang in Sidodadi Village, Samarinda Ulu District, Samarinda City. The values ​​contained in the rewang culture in Sidodadi Village, Samarinda Ulu District, Samarinda City and whether there is a shift in the rewang culture in Sidodadi Village, Samarinda Ulu District, Samarinda City. This study found that in the rewang in Sidodadi Village, Javanese people play an important role as rewanganexecutor, the implementation is in the form of activities to help neighbors when having a celebration such as cooking, setting up tents, and others. The values ​​contained in the rewang in Sidodadi Village include social values, cultural values, and educational values.culture rewang in Sidodadi Village, Samarinda Ulu District, Samarinda City is influenced by several factors, namely internal factors such as the mindset of modern society. Meanwhile, external factors such as catering services have rewang.
