Copyright and License

Please find rights and licenses in UCEJ Journal: Journal  development of knowledge covering the scientific fields of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn), Law, politics, social and culture. By submitting articles / articles from the article, the author agrees with this policy. No special documents required.

 

Licence

The use of non-commercial articles will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license as currently shown in the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International Attribution.

 

Author's Guarantee

The author guarantees that the article is original, written by the author mentioned, has never been published before, does not contain statements that violate the law, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyrights that are held exclusively by the author and is free from third party rights, and permission that. The writing required to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author.

 

User Rights

UCEJ is distributing / publishing articles for free. Under a Creative Commons license, UCEJallows users to copy, distribute, display and work only for non-commercial purposes. Users also need to connect authors and UCEJ to distribute works in journals and other publications.

 

Author Rights

The authors retain all their rights to the published work, such as (but not limited to) the following rights;

 

Copyright and other ownership rights relating to articles, such as patents,

The right to use the substance of the article in one's own work in the future, including lectures and books,

The right to reproduce articles for their own purposes,

The right to self-archive the article,

The right to enter into a separate contractual agreement for the distribution of articles published in a non-exclusive version (for example, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with acknowledgment of the initial publication in this journal (UCEJ: Journal  development of knowledge covering the scientific fields of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn), Law, politics, social and culture).

Co-Authorship

If the article is composed by more than one author, each author submits a warrant that he has been authorized by all joint authors to agree to this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform the co-author about the policy provisions this. UCEJ will not be responsible for anything that might arise due to the writer's internal dispute. UCEJ will only communicate with the appropriate authors.

 

Royalty

Being an open-access journal and distributing articles for free under the Creative Commons license period mentioned, the author is aware that UCEJ gives the author the right to no royalties or other fees.
