Integrasi Perencanaan Strategis, Operasional, dan Program Kerja dalam Pengelolaan Sekolah: Sebuah Literature Review

Pengelolaan sekolah merupakan proses multidimensional yang menuntut integrasi antara perencanaan strategis, perencanaan operasional, dan program kerja agar tercapai efektivitas manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur terkait praktik integrasi ketiga aspek tersebut, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan, tantangan implementasi, serta kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review sistematis, dengan menyeleksi artikel-artikel akademik berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat, mencakup tema perencanaan strategis sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, inovasi pedagogis, implementasi kurikulum, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis berperan sebagai fondasi arah kebijakan sekolah, sementara perencanaan operasional berfungsi menerjemahkan visi ke dalam rencana tahunan yang realistis, dan program kerja memastikan keterlaksanaan strategi sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan integrasi meliputi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang adaptif dan kolaboratif, keterlibatan aktif stakeholder, pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan, serta sistem monitoring berbasis data. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta variasi implementasi kurikulum di berbagai konteks sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi manajemen sekolah yang harmonis mampu meningkatkan prestasi akademik, membangun budaya kolaboratif, serta mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan sesuai tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka dan program Sekolah Penggerak.
