Efektivitas Kebijakan Link and Match dalam Pendidikan Vokasi: Menakar Kesiapan Lulusan Memasuki Dunia Kerja

Pelatihan vokasional berperan strategis dalam menyiapkan SDM kompeten dan siap kerja. Untuk menjawab kesenjangan antara kompetensi lulusan dan kebutuhan industri, pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan Link and Match melalui kurikulum berbasis industri, magang, sertifikasi, dan kolaborasi dengan DUDI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meski kebijakan telah diterapkan luas, tingkat pengangguran lulusan SMK masih tinggi, mencerminkan ketidaksesuaian kompetensi. Kendala utama meliputi kurikulum yang belum adaptif, minimnya partisipasi industri, dan disparitas mutu antar wilayah. Namun, praktik baik seperti Teaching Factory dan magang proyek nyata menunjukkan potensi kebijakan ini. Diperlukan kemitraan strategis, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan kurikulum yang dinamis untuk mengoptimalkan Link and Match dalam meningkatkan daya saing lulusan vokasi.
