Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah, Platform Kecerdasan Buatan dan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik, platform kecerdasan buatan dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja para guru di SD Negeri Tenggarong. Kinerja guru berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, dipengaruhi sejumlah faktor yakni supervisi, platform kecerdasan buatan, dan budaya kerja yang mendukung. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei, Data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh para guru. Variabel yang sedang diteliti mencakup supervisi akademik, penggunaan platform kecerdasan buatan dalam pembelajaran, serta budaya kerja di sekolah mencakup kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan komitmen profesional guru. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan supervisi akademik berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya. Di samping itu, penggunaan platform kecerdasan buatan dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan inovasi dalam penyampaian materi, sehingga proses pengajaran menjadi lebih efektif. Kerja sama antar rekan guru dan kontribusi positif dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru secara signifikan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan kinerja guru SDN Tenggarong. Karena itu, penting untuk meningkatkan supervisi akademik, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan budaya kerja yang positif dalam usaha meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan kinerja guru di tingkat dasar.
