Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan instrumen untuk memajukan dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Kualitas SDM merupakan modal utama untuk memajukan negara. Bentuk kebijakan pendidikan dan implementasinya untuk memajukan bangsa dan negara merupakan cerminan political will pemerintah. Untuk daerah adalah political will pemerintah daerah. Milestone 2045 merupakan ukuran di saat itu seberapa berhasil kinerja pendidikan baik secara nasional maupun lokal-daerah. Untuk hari ini, 23 tahun sebelum sampai ke 2045, masih ada waktu untuk berbuat “lebih” sehingga ukuran-ukuran keberhasilan Indonesia Maju patut disematkan pada waktunya, termasuk kepada kepala-kepala daerah.
