Pembelajaran PJOK Berbasis Data Fisiologis: Evaluasi Respons Denyut Jantung Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran PjBL Dan TaRL

Permasalahan rendahnya kebugaran jasmani siswa dan minimnya keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran PJOK menjadi tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kurangnya asesmen berbasis data dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang adaptif menghambat peningkatan kapasitas fisik siswa secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi respons fisiologis siswa terhadap pembelajaran PJOK yang menggunakan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dengan indikator utama berupa perubahan denyut jantung (ΔHR) sebelum dan sesudah aktivitas fisik. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 siswa dari empat kelas (X-1, X- 2, X-3, dan X-4) selama sepuluh pertemuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran denyut jantung secara langsung menggunakan Teknik pengukuran detak jantung sederhana (hitungan dalam 15 detik x 4), kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melihat pola ΔHR setiap pertemuan, perbandingan antar kelas, serta perubahan dari pertemuan awal ke pertemuan akhir.
