Penerapan model cooperative integrated reading and composition berbantuan komik untuk mengurangi miskonsepsi siswa tentang tata nama senyawa dan persamaan reaksi
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi miskonsepsi siswa pada pokok bahasan tata nama senyawa dan persamaan reaksi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) berbantuan media komik. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 siswa kelas X SMA jurusan MIPA. Partisipan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-postest design. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes diagnostic miskonsepsi yang dilengkapi dengan metode certainty of respon index (CRI). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data persentase miskonsepsi siswa sebelum penerapan CIRC adalah sebesar 47,32% dan sesudah penerapan adalah sebesar 25,03%, sehingga diperoleh penurunan miskonsepsi adalah sebesar 22,29%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan miskonsepsi siswa pada pokok bahasan tata nama senyawa dan persamaan reaksi dapat dikurangi dengan penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC berbantuan media komik
