The research method uses a qualitative approach to describe the findings in the study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 15 Samarinda. The results of the study show that this activity is a mandatory activity held by the school because it can form positive character and values. Then this scout extracurricular activity also provides character education to students in the form of discipline, telling the truth, teamwork, and so on. Students' discipline can be seen when there are students who are late or late for this activity, then students will be given appropriate sanctions and will be advised so that students can come more on time or it is better to come long before the implementation of the activity. 2) There are 2 inhibiting factors, namely internal and external factors. Students' internal factors are students lazing around because they are tired and playing gadgets. Meanwhile, the obstacles from external factors are unsupportive weather. 3) Efforts to overcome obstacles in the formation of student character through scout extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 15 Samarinda of course the coaches have various strategies in this extracurricular activity, namely approaching and giving sanctions to students who violate the rules that have been set. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The conceptual definition of this study is the Disciplinary Character of Students as a condition where students in the world of education are happy to comply with the regulations that have been made with the hope of being able to become intellectual candidates to become the next generation of the nation. As well as the next Conceptal Definition is the post-pandemic Covid-19 learning system which is one of the learning processes carried out after online learning and after limited face-to-face learning. This learning between educators or teachers and students directly so as to enable the occurrence of relationships or collaboration between one another which is arranged using steps in a systematic manner. Data collection techniques namely Observation, Interview and Documentation.Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that the Disciplinary Character of Class IX Students of unior High school 5 Samarinda after the pandemic learning, has been disciplined in the relationship of discipline to time. However, students lack discipline towards learning places and norms and rules at school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. This research was conducted from April to May 2022. The subjects of this study were PPKn teachers and students of class X and XI at the Islamic Senior High School in Daarul Hikmah Boarding School Bontang. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study show that the Self-Efficacy of PPKN teachers in fostering student discipline is to become a professional teacher, then provide motivation and encourage students to behave according to the character of the discipline. External barriers are from parents and student awareness. Internal factors are difficulties in overall supervision. The efforts of PPKn teachers are to cooperate with school institutions in establishing school rules and providing sanctions. The inhibiting factor of the <em>Batun Tonoi</em> art studio in improving the traditional dance culture of the Dayak Tunjung tribe is that it is true that there are still young people who don't like traditional dance, and lack of attention from the government. This researcher uses a qualitative research type. This research was conducted from May to June 2022. The research data sources used 2 data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The analysis technique uses a qualitative data technique using an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is to find out the role of the teacher as a motivator and motivator for student learning. The research implementation time is from September to November 2021. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: 1) the role of teachers as motivators in increasing student learning motivation in PPKn subjects at Muhammadiyah 2 Samarinda High School has 3 points, namely nurturing, approaching, and managing classes. From these three, teachers can create learning motivation for students so that in the learning process in the classroom they can achieve the expected learning goals. 2) Student learning motivation in PPKn subjects at Muhammadiyah 2 Samarinda High School is divided into 2 factors, namely internal and external learning motivation. Internal motivation is motivation that comes from within the student himself. Where this motivation can be in the form of student health conditions, emotional, feelings (mood), and so on.
