Establishment Of Student Character Through Scouting Extracurricular Activities In Junior High School 15 Samarinda

This study aims to determine the formation of student character through scout extracurricular activities, obstacles in the formation of student character through scout extracurricular activities, and efforts to overcome obstacles in student character formation through scout extracurricular activities. The research method uses a qualitative approach to describe the findings in the study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 15 Samarinda. The results of the study show that this activity is a mandatory activity held by the school because it can form positive character and values. Then this scout extracurricular activity also provides character education to students in the form of discipline, telling the truth, teamwork, and so on. Students' discipline can be seen when there are students who are late or late for this activity, then students will be given appropriate sanctions and will be advised so that students can come more on time or it is better to come long before the implementation of the activity. 2) There are 2 inhibiting factors, namely internal and external factors. Students' internal factors are students lazing around because they are tired and playing gadgets. Meanwhile, the obstacles from external factors are unsupportive weather. 3) Efforts to overcome obstacles in the formation of student character through scout extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 15 Samarinda of course the coaches have various strategies in this extracurricular activity, namely approaching and giving sanctions to students who violate the rules that have been set. In addition, the coach implements this approach to students according to the student's condition and the coach provides sanctions to students by providing educational sanctions related to scouting material.

The aim of the study was to analyze the role of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in developing traditional tourism villages in Guntung Village, Bontang City and to identify the inhibiting factors faced by the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in developing traditional tourist villages in Guntung Village, Bontang City. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive data analysis data, namely conducting data analysis based on the results of interviews. Data collection techniques used library research (Library Research) and fieldwork research (Field Work Research) including observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of the Bontang City Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in developing tourism objects in Guntung Village as a whole can be said to be quite good. seen from the role of the Service in carrying out efforts to develop, maintain, and the latest innovations in developing traditional tourism villages that will be built such as carrying out entrepreneurial strategies, coordinators, facilitators, and stimulators in developing this tourist attraction, as a whole the Department of Youth, Sports, and Tourism can be said to be good based on employee responses and the community is equally supportive in developing this tourist attraction, the role of the Service has not been said to be fully good because there are still programs/work activities that have not been realized, the role of the Service in developing this traditional tourism village can be said to be good in carrying out its role namely the participation of the community and the private sector and the inhibiting factors, namely the management of funds and development which are still in progress.

The purpose of the study was to determine the role of homeroom teachers in dealing with students who are addicted to online games (a case study at SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot, class X PPLG 2). This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. This research was conducted from March to April 2021. The research subjects were students and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study explain how the homeroom teacher's responsibility is in guiding, communicator, and motivating, explaining what obstacles are experienced by homeroom teachers and what efforts are made by homeroom teachers and schools in dealing with online game addiction. This study aims to determine the Disciplinary Character of Junior High school 5 Samarinda Students After Learning the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The conceptual definition of this study is the Disciplinary Character of Students as a condition where students in the world of education are happy to comply with the regulations that have been made with the hope of being able to become intellectual candidates to become the next generation of the nation. As well as the next Conceptal Definition is the post-pandemic Covid-19 learning system which is one of the learning processes carried out after online learning and after limited face-to-face learning. This learning between educators or teachers and students directly so as to enable the occurrence of relationships or collaboration between one another which is arranged using steps in a systematic manner. Data collection techniques namely Observation, Interview and Documentation.Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that the Disciplinary Character of Class IX Students of unior High school 5 Samarinda after the pandemic learning, has been disciplined in the relationship of discipline to time. However, students lack discipline towards learning places and norms and rules at school. The obstacles and obstacles in the formation of this disciplinary character are due to a lack of self-awareness to self-discipline as a student, then a lack of support for encouragement from the role of parents towards students. The purpose of this study was to determine the Self-Efficacy of Civics Teachers in Developing Disciplined Characters in Students at the Islamic Integrated High School Daarul Hikmah Boarding School Bontang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. This research was conducted from April to May 2022. The subjects of this study were PPKn teachers and students of class X and XI at the Islamic Senior High School in Daarul Hikmah Boarding School Bontang. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study show that the Self-Efficacy of PPKN teachers in fostering student discipline is to become a professional teacher, then provide motivation and encourage students to behave according to the character of the discipline. External barriers are from parents and student awareness. Internal factors are difficulties in overall supervision. The efforts of PPKn teachers are to cooperate with school institutions in establishing school rules and providing sanctions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Batun Tonoi art studio in improving the traditional dance culture of the Dayak Tunjung tribe, to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the Batun Tonoi art studio in improving the traditional dance culture of the Dayak Tunjung tribe, and to find out the efforts made by the studio. the art of Batun Tonoi in enhancing the traditional dance culture of the Dayak Tunjung tribe. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location was in Ombau Asa village, Barong Tongkok sub-district, West Kutai district, the time for conducting the research was from January to February 2023. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The results of the study stated that the effectiveness of the Batun Tonoi art studio in improving the traditional dance culture of the Dayak Tunjung tribe had gone well, so board meetings were always held, accepting new members, and annual events. Supporting factors for the Batun Tonoi art studio in improving the traditional dance culture of the Dayak Tunjung tribe are very important because they can create good art, namely, having musical instruments, having a training ground, and having dance trainers. The inhibiting factor of the Batun Tonoi art studio in improving the traditional dance culture of the Dayak Tunjung tribe is that it is true that there are still young people who don't like traditional dance, and lack of attention from the government. Efforts made by the Batun Tonoi art studio in improving the traditional dance culture of the Dayak Tunjung tribe have been carried out, namely, the cooperation of the management in introducing traditional dance to the younger generation, and holding regular exercises.

The purpose of this study is to describe the socio-economic conditions of the fishing community and what factors cause poverty in fishermen. This researcher uses a qualitative research type. This research was conducted from May to June 2022. The research data sources used 2 data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The analysis technique uses a qualitative data technique using an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the description of the socio-economic conditions of the fishing community in Sebelimbingan Village The socio-economic life of fishermen in general, especially those living on the edge of the river still has many shortcomings, because the existence of fishermen is a traditional fisherman. And less able to meet their needs both primary and secondary because income depends on the catch. And the factors that cause poverty in fishermen in Sebelimbingan Village are 2, the first Natural Factors and Non-Natural Factors (Limited technological reach, limited capital, health conditions, lack of alternative jobs and quality of human resources).

Basically humans as social beings cannot live in harmony without the existence of applicable law. In increasing the existence of law in society, legal awareness is needed. Even so, there are often violations of the law that occur in society. In overcoming this, one of the state's efforts to increase the legal awareness of its citizens is through PPKn subjects. Seeing these problems, this study aims to determine the Implications of Civics Subjects in Increasing Student Legal Awareness at SMAN 14 Samarinda. This study uses a qualitative approach, while primary data collection is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. While secondary data is obtained through references to books, articles and scientific journals. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implications of Civics subjects in increasing students' legal awareness at SMAN 14 Samarinda have been running optimally.

The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the role of teachers as motivators in increasing student learning motivation in PPKn subjects in muhammadiyah 2 samarinda high school. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is to find out the role of the teacher as a motivator and motivator for student learning. The research implementation time is from September to November 2021. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: 1) the role of teachers as motivators in increasing student learning motivation in PPKn subjects at Muhammadiyah 2 Samarinda High School has 3 points, namely nurturing, approaching, and managing classes. From these three, teachers can create learning motivation for students so that in the learning process in the classroom they can achieve the expected learning goals. 2) Student learning motivation in PPKn subjects at Muhammadiyah 2 Samarinda High School is divided into 2 factors, namely internal and external learning motivation. Internal motivation is motivation that comes from within the student himself. Where this motivation can be in the form of student health conditions, emotional, feelings (mood), and so on. In ppkn. then external motivation is motivation that comes from outside the student which is an encouragement for students to be enthusiastic in learning.
