IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMAN PERKANTORAN DI PT. SENTRABUMI PALAPA UTAMA

The world of ceramics is the spearhead of all activities that occur in a company. In the office, various administrative activities are carried out, among other things, offering products/services to customers, purchasing goods, receiving goods, paying bills, recruiting employees, paying for products/services that have been sold, communication with internal and external parties of the company to making reports with a certain timeline. Therefore, a company must have systematic company management so that every activity carried out is in accordance with the flow and applicable regulations. As well as minimizing the occurrence of human error when office activities are carried out. The purpose of this study is to find out which implementation of office in PT. Sentrabumi Palapa Utama. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is interviews and data validity using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman Model are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of office management in PT. Sentrabumi Palapa Utama, which includes office space, communication, office personnel, furniture and equipment, as well as equipment and machinery, has been done well and structured.
