This journal published by the Master of Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Mulawarman, Indonesia. This journal aims to publish scientific works from national and international lecturers, researchers, students, and practitioners to present their new ideas, concepts, and theories. The scope of this journal includes: (1) policy in education; (2) management of educational resources; (3) leadership in education; (4) regulation and supervision in education; (5) academic management (curriculum and educational programs); (6) education management information systems; (7) management of educational institutions (schools and colleges); (8) general education science and other relevant studies.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen dan Pendidikan </strong> accepts submissions of original articles that have not been published elsewhere or considered or processed for publication anywhere and demonstrate no plagiarism. All published articles have been reviewed by peer-reviewers and edited by editors. At least some review partners will review the submitted manuscripts. Manuscript submissions are open throughout the year. <p>Pendidikan di Indonesia menghadapi banyak tantangan hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti manajemen yang lemah, kesenjangan infrastruktur, dukungan pemerintah yang tidak memadai, dan pandangan masyarakat yang konservatif. Dengan itu perlu adanya peningkatan mutu pendidikan, hal ini biasa dibawahi sistem penjamin mutu pendidikan. Tujuan dari sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan adalah untuk membangun pendidikan berkualitas yang sesuai standar nasional pendidikan serta memenuhi harapan masyarakat. Sistem penjaminan mutu berfungsi sebagai prinsip panduan dan sumber inspirasi bagi kegiatan madrasah. Visi dan misi madrasah merupakan tujuan didirikannya madrasah. Penelitian ini menggali peran sistem penjaminan mutu dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi madrasah di MAN 2 Yogyakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem penjaminan mutu yang diterapkan telah berhasil mewujudkan visi dan misi madrasah. Beberapa contohnya keberhasilan visi dan misi yang diwujudkan seperti meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan menumbuhkan kepercayaan di masyarakat. Kepemimpinan, sumber daya manusia, dan fasilitas pendukung menjadi peran penting dalam menerapkan sistem penjaminan mutu. Adapun upaya evaluasi dan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan terus dilakukan MAN 2 Yogyakarta untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.</p>
