EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP EKONOMI DI SMA NEGERI 3 BONTANG

This research aims to know to know wheter there are effectiviness and the difference bettween using video based learning media and not using media with conventional learning riviewed from student economic concepts understanding. This research is a quantitative research type of quasi-experimental, research with research subjects namely students of class X A as many as 31 people as experimental class and class X B as many as 32 people as control class. Data collection is done by using the test technique. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the average for the experimental class increased by 17,75% while the average value for the control class experienced a slight decrease of 0,82%. Throught the results of hypotesis testing, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) t-test for Equality of Means is 0,001 so that the significance value is <0,05, which means that H0 is a rejected or Ha is accepted. So, it can be cloncluded the results research showed that there the difference between video based learning media with conventional learning toward student economic concept understanding.

UPAYA GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR IPS PADA KELAS VIII SMPN 2 TELEN

The research in this thesis is motivated by the low level of student learning activity in Social Sciences subjects. Therefore, the focus of research in this thesis is how teachers make efforts to improve learning activities. This research also aims to find out what efforts teachers have made to improve social studies learning activities in class VIII at SMPN 2 Telen. The type of research carried out was descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research were social studies teachers. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and interviewing social studies subject teachers.

Based on the research results, it was concluded that the teacher's efforts to increase social studies learning activities in class VIII SMPN 2 Telen are reflected in his efforts as follows: (1) The teacher attracts students' attention, (2) The teacher motivates students before explaining the lesson material, (3) The teacher encourages students to be active during the learning process, (4) The teacher explains the basic competencies of the material to be discussed, (5) The teacher explains the objectives that must be achieved from the material being studied, (6) The teacher explains the competencies that students must have before starting the lesson , (7) The teacher provides an overview of the material that will be discussed, (8) The teacher tells students easy ways to understand the material, (9) The teacher uses interesting learning methods, (10) The teacher uses learning media according to the material being studied, ( 11) The teacher diligently asks students about the material studied, (12) The teacher responds to questions asked by his students, (13) The teacher conducts an evaluation at the end of the lesson and (14) The teacher concludes the lesson material. The efforts made by teachers to increase social studies learning activities for class VIII students are categorized as "maximum" with a percentage of 76.19%.

PENGARUH CITRA MEREK DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN COFFEE SHOP JANJI JIWA JILID 490

This research aims to find out whether brand image and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Janji Jiwa Jilid 490 coffee shop. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Data collection carried out was a questionnaire distributed to 96 consumers, observations and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The partial t test results for each variable brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, then the F test results show that simultaneously brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the results of statistical analysis using significance value 0.000 < 0.05. Service quality is the dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction. The R Square value is 50.8% while the remaining 49.2% is influenced by variables not examined in this research.

The condition of revenue sharing funds from natural resources in East Kalimantan Province shows fluctuating conditions tending to decline, profit sharing funds contribute positively to the regional financial assistance budget which is useful for regional progress and development. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the contribution of natural resource revenue sharing funds to financial aid spending, as well as determine the largest contribution from both renewable and non-renewable natural resources. This research is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques using documentation and data analysis using the fiscal decentralization formula. The results of the research show that every year the contribution of the Profit Sharing Fund contributes to the financial aid expenditure of the province of East Kalimantan, this is because the amount of the profit sharing fund tends to decrease every year while the budget for aid expenditure for the province of East Kalimantan continues to increase.

The research entitled Analysis of Education Budget Allocations in the Samarinda City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the 2017-2021 Period was carried out under the guidance of Mr. Prof. Dr. Abd. Rachim AF, S.E., M.Sc. as Supervisor I and Mrs. Vitria Puri Rahayu, S.Pd., M.Pd. as Supervisor II. The aim of this research is to find out the education budget in the Samarinda City APBD for 2017-2021, analyze and describe the proportion of the education budget in the Samarinda City APBD for 2017-2021. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research uses the entire population as a sample, namely time series data on the Samarinda City education budget for 2017-2021. The type of data in this research uses secondary data obtained from BPKAD Samarinda City. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the education budget proportion formula. The research results show that the education budget allocation for 2017-2021 has reached 20% except in 2020. The education budget in the research year was mostly used for indirect spending.

This research aims to determine the potential for historiopreneurship-based businesses in the old mosque area of Samarinda city. This research was conducted as a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach, with information retrieval techniques using interviews and observation, the data was processed using qualitative analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The research results show that historiopreneurship-based potential is measured by three indicators, namely, type of business, environment and human resources. The results of the research show that people have poor independent financial management skills but already have an understanding so that financial management problems can be overcome, business owner sources are also able to carry out promotions and price competition due to threats from similar businesses. It can be concluded that there is economic potential based on historiopreneurship in the old mosque area.

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence from the use of the experiential learning model with the help of PowerPoint learning media on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were students in class X 6 as the control class and X 7 as the experimental class with a total of 66 students. The data collection technique used is a written test in the form of multiple choice and documentation. Analysis of learning outcomes using the t-test which showed a value of 0.008 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the experiential learning model with the help of PowerPoint learning media on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS ANDROID PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS TERPADU KELAS VIII DI MTS AL-AZHAR SAMARINDA

This research aims to develop Android-based learning media, assess its feasibility, and evaluate student responses. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE development model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were collected through unstructured interviews with 6 students from classes VIII B and VIII D at MTs Al-Azhar Samarinda. The research results indicate that the material expert validation test yielded 97%, media expert validation test resulted in 85%, instructional expert validation test recorded 86%, small group trial obtained 91%, and large group trial scored 95%. Overall, the Android-based learning media for Integrated Social Studies (IPS) in Grade VIII at MTs Al-Azhar Samarinda scored 91%, indicating its "Highly Feasible" suitability for use in the learning process.

This research aims to determine the effect of the experiential learning model assisted by YouTube learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 3 Balikpapan. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this research were students in class X-3, totaling 36 students, as the experimental class and X-6, totaling 36 students, as the control class. The data collection technique used in this research is a test, namely pretest and posttest, then supported by other data in the form of documentation with data analysis using the sample t-test. The research results show that the sig. (2-tailed) t-test for Equality of means is 0.001 so that the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05, which means H₀ is rejected and H_a is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the experiential learning learning model assisted by YouTube learning media on the economic learning outcomes of class X SMA Negeri 3 Balikpapan students.

This research aims to determine the Influence of Brand Image and Brand Trust on the Purchase Decisions of Shopee Customers with a Study on Students of the Economics Education Program at Mulawarman University. This type of research is associative, employing a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consists of 86 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection technique involves using questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the brand image (X1) partially has a positive and significant impact on Shopee customers' purchase decisions (Y), and the brand trust (X2) partially has a positive and significant impact on Shopee customers' purchase decisions (Y). In the coefficient of determination (R²) test, it is found that the combined influence of brand image and brand trust on Shopee customers' purchase decisions is 49.8%. The remaining 50.2% is influenced by variables outside of Brand Image and Brand Trust, such as price and convenience.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian di
Indonesia. UMKM mampu menampung banyak tenaga kerja dan menjadi sumber penghasilan
bagi masyarakat golongan ekonomi menengah kebawah. Rumah BUMN mendampingi serta
mendorong para pelaku UMKM dalam pengembangan usahanya baik dalam peningkatan
kompetensi, peningkatan akses pemasaran dan kemudahan akses permodalan. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Rumah BUMN dalam pengembangan usaha UMKM di
Kota Samarinda. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis
data yang digunakan ialah reduksi data dan melakukan keabsahan data dengan teknik
triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan Rumah BUMN
termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Hal tersebut dinilai telah memberikan hasil yang baik
kepada pelaku UKM, memberikan pemahaman untuk mengembangkan usaha yang mereka
miliki dengan diadakan nya pelatihan serta mentoring secara gratis. Akan tetapi, masih
terdapat kekurangan dalam hal pemberian materi yang hanya terkofus kepada UKM bidang
kuliner. Selain itu, masih kurangnya pendampingan dan mentoring dari petugas kepada pelaku
UKM yang tidak melakukan peminjaman modal.

Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang tepat dapat mempengaruhi dalam proses
pembelajaran, diperlukan perubahan baru pada setiap zaman yang juga semakin maju, agar
dapat mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan didunia pendidikan.
Mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) merupakan mata pelajaran yang lebih
banyak memuat teori yang memaksa anak menghafal dan dimana terkadang materi yang
dimuat belum relevan dengan keseharian siswa, yang menjadikan mata pelajaran IPS
kurang diminati dan cendrung pasif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatannya. Oleh sebab itu
diperlukan sebuah model pembelajaran yang variatif dalam menangani permasalah
tersebut. Model pembelajaran talking stick adalah salah satu jenis dari pembelajaran
kooperatif yang bukan hanya belajar tetapi juga bermain dengan tetap mempertahankan
nilai dari tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini terbagi atas kelompok kontrol dan kelompok
eksperimen dimana setiap kelasnya berjumlah 27 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan
teknik observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah hasil asmyp sig 2 tailed
0,009 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat
pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas VIII
SMP Negeri 1 Sekolaq Darat.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Literasi
ekonomi dan Modernitas terhadap perilaku menabung siswa SMA Karakter Bangsa
Boarding School. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan analisis
data adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diektahui
bahwa nilai Sig adalah 0,00 < 0,05 yang menandakan bahwa literasi ekonomi dan
modernitas berpengaruh terhadap perilaku menabung siswa, maka dapat disimpulkan
bahwa Literasi ekonomi (x1) dan Modernitas (x2) berpengaruh signifikan positif
terhadap perilaku menabung siswa SMA Karakter Bangsa Boarding School. Siswa SMA
Karakter bangsa Boarding School memiliki perilaku menabung yang baik dipengaruhi
oleh pemahaman yang baik akan prinsip ekonomi dan modernitas yang tinggi karena
orientasi masa depan. Sehingga menabung merupakan alternatif dalam mencapai tujuan
yang dimiliki oleh siswa.

PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN MODAL USAHA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN NELAYAN DI TEMPAT PELELANGAN IKAN (TPI) SAMARINDA

Pendapatan usaha nelayan berbeda dengan pendapatan usaha yang lainnya, apabila
pedagang dapat mengkalkulasikan keuntungannya yang diperoleh tiap bulan, tidak dengan
nelayan yang kegiatannya penuh dengan ketidakpastian. Sementara biaya pendidikan yang
tinggi menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat bagi nelayan dengan status sebagai masyarakat
miskin yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar hidupnya. Jenis
penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu
observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa
pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan, hal ini
diperoleh dari hasil statistik uji regresi dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,259 dengan nilai
signifikansi sebesar 0,032 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif
sebesar 0,319; modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan
nelayan, hal ini diperoleh dari hasil statistik uji regresi dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,204
dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan koefisien regresi
mempunyai nilai positif sebesar 0,401; Dan variabel pendidikan dan modal usaha secara
bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel pendapatan sebesar 60,1% sedangkan sisanya
sebesar 39,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel penelitian yang diteliti.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran experiential
berbantuan media sparkol videoscribe terhadap minat belajar siswa SMAN 1 Sangasanga.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif,
pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes, dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini
menggunakan teknik analisis data uji normalitas dan homogen, uji koefisien determinasi, uji
regresi linier sederhana, analisis deskriptif N-gain score dan uji t untuk menguji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, antara minat belajar
siswa pada kelas XI yang menggunakan model pembelajaran experiential berbantuan sparkol
videoscribe dengan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan
hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada
mata pelajaran ekonomi setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran experiential pada materi
peranan badan usaha bagi perekonomian Indonesia di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sangasanga
tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING MOTIVATION ON THE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF ECO/NOMIC EDUCATION STUDENTS FOR THE 2020-2022 FKIP MULAWARMAN UNIVERSITY

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhh motivasi belajar
terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket analisis data menggunakan
analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang
signifikan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa FKIP pendidikan
ekonomi universitas mulawarman, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai uji t
sebesar 23.339 > 1.656 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif motivasi belajar (X)
terhadap prestasi belajar (Y) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 79,8% menunjuukan
bahwa kemampuan modle regresi menjelaskan variabel motivasi belajar adalah sebesar
tersebut. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena mahasisiwa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020-2022
universitas mulawarman memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik ditunjukkan dengan keaktivan
dan semangat mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi dalam belajar dan berkegiatan dikampus
termasuk didalamnya adalah kegiatan ektrakulikuler semangat inilah yang kemudian kemudian
dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Dengan motivasi belajar yang baik mahasiswa akan
sangat serius dan bersungguh-sungguh dalam mengikuti perkuliahan sehingga nilai IPK yang
menjadi salah satu indikator prestasi belajar juga meningkat dengan baik.

PENGEMBANGAN MATERI AJAR EKONOMI KELAS X DI MAN 1 SAMARINDA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar ekonomi kelas X berbasis
rasionalitas ekonomi, dan mengetahui tanggapan siswa kelas X A MAN 1 Samarinda
terhadap materi ajar ekonomi berbasis rasionalitas ekonomi. Jenis penelitian yang
digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE
(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek uji coba dalam
penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X A MAN 1 Samarinda yang berjumlah 36 siswa. . Teknik
pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelayakan materi ajar berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dengan
rata-rata 4,0 berada pada kategori valid. Hasil tanggapan siswa menunjukkan hampir
seluruh siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap materi ajar ekonomi berbasis
rasionalitas ekonomi dan hasil penilaian respon siswa dengan rata-rata 3,7 berada pada
kategori setuju.berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa materi ajar
ekonomi berbasis rasionalitas ekonomi layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran
ekonomi.

ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHA (STUDI KASUS PADA KOPERASI FKIP UNIVERSITAS MULAWARMAN)

Ditengah pandemi covid-19 para pelaku usaha berlomba-lomba untuk mempertahankan
usahanya bahkan ada pula yang berhenti beroperasi pada saat pandemi. Tujuan
penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha pada koperasi di FKIP
Universitas Mulawarman. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang
dimiliki oleh koperasi FKIP Universitas Mulawarman periode 2021-2022. Dalam
penelitian ini pencatatan merupakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis data
deskriptif kuantitatif dengan perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of

memperoleh NPV sebesar Rp. 29.080.196,65. IRR 112%, B/C 8,95606146892 kali, PP
sebesar 2,6 yaitu 2 tahun 6 bulan. Sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan NPV, IRR, B/C, dan
Payback Period Koperasi FKIP Universitas Mulawarman dapat dinyatakan layak secara
finansial dan layak untuk dikembangkan.
