Parents serve as the central figures in its implementation, with mothers playing a dominant role due to fathers’ work responsibilities. This parenting style emphasizes open communication, freedom for children to express opinions, and the establishment of clear rules to foster discipline. This study employs a qualitative case study method to describe findings collected through interviews and observations involving mothers and children in Kembaran Village. The results indicate that mothers apply democratic parenting adaptively, based on their children’s developmental needs. Key influencing factors include understanding the child’s character, the involvement of fathers, and age-appropriate adjustments. The implementation of democratic parenting positively affects children’s social and emotional development and helps prevent psychological cases of fatherlessness and motherlessness. This research is expected to contribute as an academic reference in parenting studies, supporting holistic growth and development in early childhood.
2025-12-30T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2025 ANDIKA ANDIKA APRI NUR FAIZALhttps://jurnal.fkip.unmul.ac.id/index.php/ecj/article/view/5236Implementasi Media Audio Visual Untuk Mengembangkan Kecerdasan Bahasa Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Pembina Desa Sungai Paduan Kecamatan Teluk Batang Kabupaten Kayong Utara2025-07-31T18:41:03+08:00Hendra Saputrawan Sajidinsaputrawanhendra7628@gmail.comHalidahalida@fkip.untan.ac.idAnnisa Amaliaannisaamalia@fkip.untan.ac.id
The purpose of this study was to develop the language intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in the Pembina Kindergarten of Sungai Paduan Village, Teluk Batang District, North Kayong Regency. This research aims to analyze the development of research on Montessori education and inclusive education globally, including the integration of special needs such as dementia care. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with bibliometric analysis through data from the Scopus database, using related keywords such as "Montessori education" and "inclusive education." Data were collected from relevant articles and then analyzed to identify publication trends, geographic distribution, institutional contributions, as well as the relationships between concepts through network visualization and heat maps. The research results indicate that the United States dominates in publications and institutional contributions, followed by European countries and Australia. The publication trend shows a significant increase year on year, with a growing focus on inclusion and dementia care issues in the Montessori context. Network visualizations display the complex relationships among innovative educational concepts and various methodological approaches. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening international collaboration and developing educational policies that support inclusive Montessori approaches, as well as demonstrating that developments in this research play a crucial role in expanding the adoption and innovation of global education that is responsive to the diverse needs of learners.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2025 Rita Anisaturrizqi, Prima Cristi Crismono, Anis Rofi Hidayah https://jurnal.fkip.unmul.ac.id/index.php/ecj/article/view/5282Peran Guru dalam Pendidikan Anak Hiperaktif di TK Negeri Pembina Pontianak2025-08-21T11:04:11+08:00Riska Ananda Utamiriskaanandautami21@gmail.comHalidahalida@fkip.untan.ac.idLukmanulhakimlukmanulhakim@fkip.untan.ac.id
This study aims to describe and gain an in-depth understanding of the teacher's role in the education of hyperactive children at TK Negeri Pembina Pontianak Timur. The approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological method, focusing on exploring the teacher's subjective experiences in handling hyperactive children within the school environment. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with classroom teachers who have experience teaching hyperactive children. The data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method, which includes seven stages of qualitative data analysis. The findings reveal that the teacher's role is not limited to delivering instructional material, but also includes being a facilitator, motivator, and emotional companion for hyperactive children. Teachers strive to adapt their teaching strategies to the children's characteristics, build intensive communication with parents, and create a conducive learning environment. Challenges faced include limited knowledge about children with special needs and a lack of support from school facilities. This study is expected to serve as a consideration for teachers, parents, and educational institutions in developing more effective approaches to educate hyperactive children from an early age.
2026-01-02T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2025 Riska Ananda Utami, Halida, Lukmanulhakim
